RETURN POLICY
Merchandise Returns
1) Special Order and Final Clearance items may not be returned.
2) Short Shipments must be reported within 48 hrs after the order is received.
3) Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hrs after the order is received.
4) Discontinued items must be returned within 21 days of shipping date.
5) If the return is a result of a System Liquidaton error, a credit will be issued and goods may be returned to us freight collect. All other errors, excluding short shipments, must be reported within 7 days of shipping date in order to receive credit; goods must be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS of shipping date.
6) System Liquidaton will accept the return of any product that was purchased from System Liquidaton, at any time as long as the product(s) meet(s) the following criteria:
a) Be in saleable condition – clean; no markings; undamaged in original packaging – packaging must not have changed.
b) Be in our current offering and not be on the verge of being discontinued i.e. a month or so before the launch of a new catalogue.
c) Not be affected by an expiry date or ‘use before’ date. I.e. diaries, calendars, ink and toners, atteries, etc
d) Not be a food product.
e) Not be a quantity so large as to be too much for System Liquidaton to reasonably stock. The return may be subject to a restocking charge of 15%. Please contact a Customer Service rep for an RGA prior to returning goods.
7) All product returns (with the exception of defective goods) must be in resalable condition, properly packaged and free of all markings, stickers, damage etc. System Liquidaton retains the right to refuse credit and return the goods to the customer.
8) All returns and short shipment claims must be authorized by a System Liquidaton sales rep or Customer Service Representative, and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued. To receive an RGA, System Liquidaton requires the following: Account Number/ Invoice Number/ Stock Number(s) Put the RGA number on the outside of the shipping box (es) being returned, but not on the original packaging. Merchandise returned without an approved RGA will be refused and returned.
9) All shipments are inspected and leave System Liquidaton in good condition. Please carefully inspect crushed or damaged cartons for concealed damage or missing pieces. *BOARDS AND METAL PRODUCTS ARE PRONE TO FREIGHT DAMAGE. PLEASE ENSURE CARTONS ARE OPENED AND INSPECTED BEFORE THE CARRIER WAYBILL IS SIGNED.
10) System Liquidaton will accept the return of all our proprietary brands such as Dell, IBM, HP, Acer and Micron any time within ONE YEAR of date of purchase for full credit. The normal requirements of being in resalable condition and not age sensitive, such as ink and toner with expiry dates, diaries and calendars etc., would apply.
11) System Liquidaton reserves the right to limit quantity of a single item returned.
12) Items that are "NON STOCK" or "SPECIAL ORDER" for System Liquidaton and have been ordered in especially per a Customer's request are ineligible for return for any reason other than those outlined in point 3 of this policy.
13) Protocol for Defective IT Consumables Products Machines: Within 15 days of purchase the customer must contact Brother Tech Support at 1-800-BROTHER. If it cannot be fixed then they can return the machine to System Liquidaton If it has been longer than 15 days then we are not to accept any printer and the end user must deal directly with Brother Canada by calling 1-800-BROTHER. Consumables: Most requests for returns of defective consumables are for products that are not actually defective. Many requests are for consumables that have been incorrectly installed, non-original compatible consumables, refilled consumable or another issue that is easily resolved. A Brother Customer Service representative will assist the END USER to determine what the nature of the problem is and they will resolve it with the END USER. Machines: Machines that have been purchased by an end user more than 21 days from the date of invoice which are not operating to manufacturer's specifications are considered defective products and should be handled under the Epson Canada Warranty Program. Defective products should be returned to the nearest Epson Customer Care Centre for warranty repair. A location can be obtained by contacting 1-800-GO-EPSON. Consumables: Defective consumables should be returned to System Liquidaton. All Elite issues should be directed to Nukote. They may be contacted at 1-866-349-1899. The phone number appears on every box under Customer Service. They will deal with the issue and send out a replacement to the customer. We should not have to issue a credit. All defective Hewlett Packard products can be returned to System Liquidaton for credit. All defective Lexmark consumables and machines can be returned to System Liquidaton for credit. Machines: Defective units may be returned to System Liquidaton within 21 days of purchase date. All parts that were included in the box at the time of purchase must be returned with the defective machine. The following information must be provided for the return: 1) Nature of Defect 2) Model # 3) Serial # Consumables: Defectives are to be returned to System Liquidaton. All the parts in the original box must be returned. We will not get full credit from Samsung if some accessories are missing from the box. ****All accessories must be returned in the original box
SHIPPING POLICY
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on System Liquidaton invoice(s).
Unless Customer provides System Liquidaton with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to System Liquidaton acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for System Liquidaton franchise taxes and taxes on System Liquidaton net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on System Liquidaton invoice.
Title and Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from System Liquidaton to Customer on shipment from System Liquidaton facility.
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by System Liquidaton is System Liquidaton's responsibility.
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
